Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

Freedx is building a scalable, compliant cryptocurrency exchange and is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, implementation and operation of its cloud‑native platform. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure high availability, security and performance of trading services.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain Kubernetes‑based infrastructure on AWS (EKS) using Terraform, Helm and GitOps practices.
• Implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines with Argo CD and Docker.
• Develop observability, monitoring, logging and alerting solutions to meet SRE standards.
• Troubleshoot complex production incidents, network issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in architecture discussions, propose technical solutions and own platform initiatives.
• Ensure infrastructure is reliable, scalable and secure, following best practices for networking, firewalls and VPNs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE or Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong fundamentals in Linux, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs) and distributed systems.
• Proven ability to investigate and resolve high‑pressure incidents.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, high‑availability production environments.
