Sales Manager - Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Palacio Duhau – Park Hyatt Buenos Aires is seeking a Sales Manager to join its Commercial Team. The role suits a dynamic, strategic commercial leader who has a proven track record of driving business growth, leading high-performing teams and creating innovative sales opportunities. The position calls for extensive experience in luxury hospitality sales, strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to work across Revenue, Marketing and Operations to meet revenue objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed commercial objectives.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with the hotel's revenue goals and brand positioning.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities across local and international markets.
• Lead key negotiations and oversee the execution of the sales strategy.
• Partner closely with Revenue, Marketing and Operations teams to maximise business performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and commercial performance metrics to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in luxury hospitality sales.
• Preferred: proven experience leading high-performing sales teams, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing revenue-driven commercial strategies.
• Strong background in business development, strategic account management, negotiation and market expansion.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and relationship-building skills, able to build long-term strategic partnerships.
