Sales Development Representative

About the role

Caylent, an AI‑first cloud services company, is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join its growing sales team. You will help generate new business for inside and field sales by running outbound campaigns and learning alongside experienced Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new potential clients using lists and campaigns.
• Run demand‑generation campaigns alongside the sales team.
• Initiate contact with prospects through email and LinkedIn.
• Schedule high‑quality meetings for the sales team.
• Attend meetings you’ve scheduled with an Inside Sales Representative or Account Executive and provide notes.
• Follow up with interested prospects who have not yet purchased.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and self‑drive.
• Ability to think strategically and tactically.
• Excellent problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and active‑listening abilities.
• Positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism.
• Experience collaborating with internal and cross‑functional teams.
• Patient phone etiquette and solid computer literacy.
