About the role

WPP Production is seeking a Retoucher to join its global production team. The role supports the creation of multi‑channel visual content within a hybrid work environment, collaborating with designers, studios and technology experts.

Key responsibilities

• Help originate, design and deliver multi‑channel content systems at scale.
• Combine human craft with next‑generation technology and AI‑driven tools to produce high‑quality visual assets.
• Collaborate in a borderless, hybrid environment to solve complex creative and production challenges.

Required profile

• Willingness to work in a hybrid setting (approximately four days onsite per week).
