Product Manager – Software Delivery

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager – Software Delivery to lead the creation and launch of digital products and applications for NCR Voyix. The role combines product ownership, Agile execution and team leadership to ensure solutions meet business goals and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap and priorities.
• Act as Product Owner, manage the backlog and write clear, actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into product features.
• Gather user feedback and market insights to continuously improve the product.
• Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, QA, UX/UI) through Agile sprints.
• Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, delivery execution and quality assurance.
• Monitor timelines, scope and deliverables, and report progress and risks.
• Track product performance metrics and drive data‑based improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software development environments.
• Strong background working closely with development teams.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
