Procurement Support Junior Analyst

About the role

NCR Atleos, a financial access company headquartered in Atlanta, is hiring a Procurement Support Associate. The role supports global procurement operations by managing supplier onboarding and supplier data maintenance, and by providing functional support for non-inventory purchasing processes. It works with employees, suppliers, business stakeholders and cross-functional teams across regions to ensure compliance with procurement policies, accurate supplier records and adoption of standard procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supplier onboarding and maintenance: process supplier registration requests, coordinate onboarding, initiate third-party risk assessments, and maintain supplier records (updates, deactivations, merges, data change requests)
• Support compliance with procurement policies and data governance standards, and respond to supplier onboarding inquiries
• Support employees using Oracle Fusion Procurement for non-inventory purchasing, including purchase requisitions and purchase orders
• Monitor support channels, manage inquiries and incidents, and deliver user training and onboarding
• Maintain process documentation and job aids, and take part in testing, process improvement and deployment of procurement enhancements

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 0-3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, operations, customer service or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment and work with stakeholders across countries, cultures and time zones
• Upper-intermediate to advanced written and verbal English

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with enterprise procurement or ERP systems is preferred
• Strong communication, customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail
