Motion Designer

About the role

DEPT® is looking for a Motion Designer to join its Global Studios team in Argentina. You will transform static concepts into animated campaigns that drive conversion and reinforce brand identity, working at the intersection of design, technology, and marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Take briefs from storyboarding through final render, using Figma for static design and After Effects or Jitter for animation.
• Integrate generative AI tools such as Weavy, Freepik, and Replicate to accelerate creative iteration.
• Create and maintain design templates that enable scalable production without compromising quality.
• Provide technical guidance on video formats and digital specifications.
• Collaborate closely with local and global creative teams to ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in an agency or fast‑paced studio environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to design static assets and animate them fluidly.
• Interest or experience in leveraging AI tools to optimise creative workflows.
• Fluent English for collaboration with the global DEPT® team.
