Go Developer – Remote

About the role

Our client is looking for experienced Go developers to help advance, improve safety, and increase the intelligence of next‑generation AI models. This fully remote position is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving complex programming challenges, reviewing code, and clearly explaining technical concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Train AI models to interpret and solve complex programming and computer‑science problems.
• Create and answer technical questions that enhance AI reasoning and code‑generation capabilities.
• Review, analyze, and evaluate AI‑generated code for correctness, efficiency, and best practices.
• Provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback to improve AI model performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and at least one additional language such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Ability to explain complex programming concepts clearly in both English and Spanish.
• Excellent technical writing skills with strong grammar and clarity in both languages.
• Preferred: 1+ year of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Full‑Stack Developer.
