Full Stack Developer (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Full‑Stack Developer to join a digital‑marketing agency that serves painting businesses. The role focuses on building high‑performance, scalable web applications using the MERN stack while collaborating closely with designers and product managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client‑side and server‑side applications using React.js and Node.js.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and micro‑services.
• Translate design mockups into responsive, interactive front‑end components.
• Manage databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Optimize the full application stack for speed, scalability, and cross‑browser compatibility.
• Implement authentication and authorization solutions (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Write clean, maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Debug and resolve complex technical issues, UI bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript; TypeScript preferred.
• Experience with back‑end frameworks such as Express.js, NestJS or Koa.
• Solid front‑end skills with React, Redux, HTML5 and CSS3/SASS.
• Hands‑on experience managing MongoDB, PostgreSQL or MySQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes or CI/CD pipelines (optional).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving, debugging and collaboration abilities.
