DevOps Engineer

About the role

BigID is looking for a senior DevOps Engineer to join its R&D platform team in Argentina. You will own the production infrastructure, drive CI/CD improvements, and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver cloud‑native solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate CI/CD pipelines and automate build processes using Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
• Design, deploy, and optimize Kubernetes (EKS) workloads and AWS services for high availability.
• Maintain and enhance Terraform modules and cloud‑native infrastructure.
• Develop automation tools in Python, Bash or Groovy to improve operational efficiency.
• Implement monitoring, logging and observability with Datadog, ELK and related tools.
• Partner with R&D teams in an Agile environment to ensure stable production releases.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on DevOps experience, preferably in a SaaS or data‑security context.
• Self‑motivated, collaborative, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong communication skills for cross‑team documentation and coordination.

Required skills

• Kubernetes (EKS) and Docker.
• AWS cloud services.
• Terraform infrastructure as code.
• Python, Bash, Groovy scripting.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
• Datadog, ELK stack for monitoring and logging.
• Jira, Confluence, Git version control.
• Experience with relational and non‑relational databases.
