DevOps Engineer (AWS)

About the role

Particle41 is looking for a DevOps Engineer with strong AWS expertise to enhance software development and IT operations for its customers. You will automate, streamline, and maintain critical systems to ensure reliable and scalable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and stakeholders to design and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate build, deployment, and configuration processes using scripting and tooling.
• Manage AWS cloud infrastructure, implementing IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Develop monitoring solutions with CloudWatch and address performance, reliability, and security issues.
• Provide troubleshooting support and participate in on‑call rotations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and collaboration skills.
• Current or expired AWS certification (e.g., Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).

Required skills

• AWS services: EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch.
• Scripting: Python, Bash, Ruby.
• Configuration management: Ansible, Puppet, Chef.
• Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation.
• Version control: Git.
• CI/CD concepts and tools.
