CTM II – Sponsor Dedicated – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager (CTM II) to provide sponsor‑dedicated oversight for remote sites in Argentina. The role focuses on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across clinical and central monitoring activities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site management, clinical monitoring and central monitoring deliverables, ensuring protocol, GCP and regulatory compliance.
• Manage site interactions from activation through close‑out, including recruitment, investigator payments and risk mitigation.
• Review study scope, budget and contractual obligations, and communicate risks to the project manager.
• Coordinate with Study Start‑Up, Patient Recruitment and Data Management to meet activation, enrollment and database lock milestones.
• Develop and maintain clinical study tools, monitoring plans and ensure CTMS, dashboards and related systems are operational.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and achieve project milestones in an international environment.
• Experience in site management and clinical or central monitoring, preferably with risk‑based monitoring.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial financial principles, budget management and regulatory requirements.
