Compliance Product Analyst

About the role

Félix is expanding its GRC and Compliance Engineering team and needs a proactive Compliance Product Analyst. You will act as the bridge between engineering and compliance, ensuring regulatory requirements are embedded early in the product development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in product and engineering ceremonies to surface compliance risks before they become technical debt.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear acceptance criteria and checklists for development teams.
• Maintain and evolve the library of policies, procedures, and controls.
• Collect, organize, and manage audit evidence throughout the year.
• Produce self‑contained documentation that enables teammates to work independently.

Required profile

• Background in a technology or product company with familiarity of software development cycles.
• Experience using BI or data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Comfortable working primarily in Slack and ClickUp.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
