Clinical Research Associate II / Senior CRA – Remote (Argentina)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Research Associate II or Senior CRA to support site qualification, monitoring and close‑out activities for real‑world late‑phase studies. The role is home‑based and can be performed from any location in Argentina.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits, ensuring compliance with regulatory, ICH‑GCP and protocol requirements.
• Review source documents, verify data entered in case report forms, and resolve queries remotely or on‑site.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, and compliance with storage and dispensing procedures.
• Maintain Investigator Site Files, reconcile with Trial Master Files, and document activities through trip reports and communication logs.
• Support subject recruitment, retention, and awareness strategies, and act as liaison with site personnel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time when required.

Required skills

• Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH guideline expertise.
• Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems.
• Proficiency in computer applications and ability to adopt new technologies.
