Associate Project Manager

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of clinical studies. The role involves managing project deliverables, coordinating with vendors and sponsors, and ensuring financial and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project deliverables, including vendor oversight, KPI reporting, risk mitigation, and study performance tracking.
• Act as primary point of contact for sponsors and vendors on deliverables such as TMF, data quality, analysis, and reporting.
• Monitor study budgets, financial health, and assist with financial reporting and invoice approvals.
• Prepare and present metric reports to clients or senior management and participate in financial review meetings.
• Ensure studies comply with GCP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements and remain audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Experience in project management within clinical research or related life‑sciences environments.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including functional leads, vendors, and sponsors.
• Strong analytical skills for financial monitoring and reporting.
