AI Operations Specialist – AI Agents & Automation

About the role

We are looking for an AI Operations Specialist to design, test, and deploy AI‑driven workflows that streamline our fast‑growing operations organization. This hands‑on builder will turn complex, manual processes into scalable, automated solutions using leading AI and automation platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI agents, automations, and reusable "skills" that cut manual effort.
• Rapidly prototype and launch workflow automations with Claude, Zapier, n8n, Make, OpenAI and related tools.
• Map repetitive processes, redesign them into scalable automated workflows, and create repeatable systems for multiple teams.
• Integrate AI tools with existing business systems via APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms.
• Test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI agents and automations for quality and reliability.
• Document workflows, prompts, logic, and system instructions clearly.
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify pain points and translate them into AI solutions.
• Train non‑technical colleagues on using AI tools and act as the internal AI automation expert.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in AI automation, workflow automation, operations or related technical implementation.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Claude and Zapier.
• Proven ability to turn business requirements into functional AI‑enabled solutions.
• Excellent process‑mapping, problem‑solving, documentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑moving environment.
