Website Project Manager

About the role

The Website Project Manager will own the delivery of standard and mid‑complexity website build projects for TMS’s manufacturing clients. You will act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non‑technical clients, ensuring projects launch on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead post‑sale website build projects from kickoff through launch with minimal daily oversight.
• Serve as the main client contact: run meetings, provide weekly status updates, and translate client input into clear internal direction.
• Coordinate resourcing with department heads to secure design and development capacity.
• Monitor scope and margin, flagging potential creep early and discussing adjustments with clients and sales partners.
• Author and maintain project documentation such as schedules, creative briefs, and functional requirements.
• Work with QA to ensure deliverables meet internal and client standards, identifying and mitigating risks.
• Interpret client business needs and provide strategic counsel on content organization, navigation, calls‑to‑action, and layout.

Required profile

• Strong project‑management experience, preferably with website builds for B2B or industrial clients.
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to uncover true business needs from ambiguous feedback.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of producing clear, actionable documentation.
