Web Visual Designer – Digital Health

About the role

As a Visual Designer at Atomic Health you will bring client brands to life through web and digital experiences, shaping the visual narrative for healthcare and technology products. You will work closely with designers, art directors, developers and strategists to create compelling digital presences that set industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own the visual design of web experiences from concept through launch, including homepages, product pages, case studies and landing pages.
• Translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems for web and digital touchpoints.
• Design with UX sensibility, ensuring clear hierarchy, flow and user navigation.
• Iterate quickly on feedback from clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to brand systems such as visual identity, typography, colour and component libraries for the web.
• Coordinate across multiple active clients and projects while maintaining quality under deadline pressure.

Required profile

• Portfolio focused on web design, showcasing full site designs, landing pages, brand‑to‑web systems and digital storytelling.
• 5+ years of design experience with meaningful web and digital work in a creative agency or design studio.
• Brand‑oriented mindset, thinking in systems rather than one‑off assets.
• Available during EST working hours; U.S.-based candidates preferred.
• Genuine interest in healthcare and health technology.
• Degree optional – portfolio is the primary evaluation.

Required skills

• Expert‑level proficiency in Figma.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite.
