About the role

R/GA’s Studio is looking for a Video Editor who can blend traditional storytelling with generative AI tools. You will shape rhythm, pacing, and the marriage of sight and sound across broadcast, digital, and social campaigns while collaborating with motion designers and AI artists.

Key responsibilities

• Cut compelling stories for broadcast, digital, and social platforms, driven by sound design, pacing, and visual rhythm.
• Work primarily in Premiere Pro with precision; brief motion designers using Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma fundamentals.
• Collaborate with motion designers, AI artists, and technologists on emerging workflows such as Runway, Kling, Gemini Omni, and Magnific.
• Engineer and refine AI prompts to enhance editorial possibilities.
• Stay curious about generative tools and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Deliver polished work on deadline without compromising craft.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional editing experience in commercial, agency, or content production.
• Strong command of Premiere Pro; basic knowledge of After Effects.
• Deep understanding of pacing, rhythm, sound design, and visual storytelling.
• Fast‑output mindset paired with a commitment to quality.
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and emerging workflows.
• Collaborative spirit, honesty, and ability to speak up when something isn’t working.
• Fluent in English (comprehension and speaking).
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills.
