About the role

You will lead the day‑to‑day and strategic delivery of Amenity Services, overseeing client‑facing conference centre operations, meeting space governance, and dining/F&B services. The role is fully onsite at the Centro Empresarial Núñez office.

Key responsibilities

Implement global standards and procedures to ensure high‑quality client, conference centre, and dining operations.
Manage the EMS room booking process, optimise space utilisation and produce performance metrics.
Drive KPI performance, oversee vendor governance, and lead budget planning, forecasting and cost optimisation.

Required profile

Degree in Hospitality or related field with experience in 5‑star hotels, event planning and F&B environments.
Proven leadership in team management, meeting planning and customer service.
Strong stakeholder management skills, analytical and reporting capability, and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience with structured tools and processes such as EMS and ARI.
