Travel Coordinator (Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

Rudyb Travel is looking for a part‑time Travel Coordinator to deliver personalized, seamless travel experiences for clients worldwide. Working remotely from Argentina, you will act as the main point of contact throughout each travel journey, from booking to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations and special requests.
• Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements and agency policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel to guarantee satisfaction.
• Document interactions and update booking systems consistently.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Customer‑service experience, preferably in travel or hospitality.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, reliable and able to manage multiple client requests.
• Genuine passion for travel and helping clients plan memorable trips.
