• Collaborate with sales teams to clarify project parameters and communicate updates.
• Maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders worldwide.
• Coordinate with quality personnel to guarantee linguistic accuracy and adherence to client instructions.
• Research industry trends relevant to TransPerfect’s market sectors.
• Investigate and resolve client complaints, working with QA and management to implement systemic improvements.
• Perform special projects or duties as required.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
