Translation Project Coordinator – Buenos Aires

About the role

TransPerfect is looking for a proactive Translation Project Coordinator to oversee the full life‑cycle of localization projects in its Buenos Aires office. You will act as the central point of contact between sales, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple translation and localization projects from initiation to completion in a fast‑paced environment.
• Coordinate all project phases, predict timelines, and monitor progress.
• Liaise with sales staff to clarify project parameters and negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors.
• Establish and maintain relationships with contract translators and proofreaders worldwide.
• Control project status, budgets, and financials, and prepare comprehensive documentation.
• Perform quality checks at various stages to guarantee accuracy.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Translation, Communication or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar corporate role.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills and independence in task execution.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and business‑mindset.
