Training Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Training Coordinator to support Home Halo’s franchise network. The role will focus on creating, updating and standardising training manuals, SOPs, presentations and other operational resources, ensuring they are clear, visually consistent and aligned with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Create, format and maintain training materials, manuals, SOPs, templates and orientation resources.
• Convert existing information into structured, easy‑to‑use documents and presentations.
• Apply brand guidelines across all training assets.
• Support the development of state‑specific orientation programmes and role‑based training paths.
• Upload, organise and maintain content in Trainual or a similar learning platform.
• Manage the Home Halo Franchise Portal in Google Drive, including folder structures, naming conventions and version control.
• Review materials for clarity, consistency, grammar and formatting.
• Coordinate revisions with leaders and subject‑matter experts, tracking tasks, priorities and approvals.
• Prepare meeting notes, action items, project updates and follow‑ups.
• Provide administrative and operational support related to franchise documentation and training.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in training coordination, learning‑and‑development, instructional design, documentation or knowledge management.
• Advanced spoken and written English (C1 level or higher).
• Proven ability to transform raw information into professional, user‑friendly training assets.

Required skills

• Canva or similar visual‑content creation tools.
• Gamma, Google Slides, PowerPoint.
• Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Slides.
• Experience with Trainual or comparable learning management systems.
