TikTok Shop Performance Marketer

About the role

GrowMojo is seeking a TikTok Shop Performance Marketer to help our clients succeed on TikTok Shop. This remote position focuses on performance marketing and merchandising, driving sales growth through TikTok’s GMV Max campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch GMV Max performance ad campaigns for client brands.
• Monitor and optimize KPIs, goals, and objectives to exceed client expectations.
• Collaborate with clients in meetings to understand their needs and align strategies.
• Leverage TikTok Shop Seller Center features to ensure campaigns are fully integrated with platform opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the performance marketing team to evolve service offerings for TikTok Shop sellers.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing TikTok advertising campaigns, especially GMV Max.
• Background in a marketing or advertising agency serving U.S. clients.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity about data trends.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
