TikTok Shop & Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

TopFoxx is seeking a proactive TikTok Shop & Influencer Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end influencer and affiliate initiatives. You will shape strategy, execute campaigns, and drive profitable partnerships for a fast‑growing women‑owned fashion brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement influencer and affiliate marketing strategies on TikTok Shop and other platforms.
• Identify, recruit, and activate new creators, affiliates, and trend‑setting partners.
• Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns daily to maximize conversion and revenue.
• Manage performance‑based relationships, negotiate terms, and track affiliate revenue.
• Collaborate with the small marketing team to align messaging with brand goals.

Required profile

• Fluent written and spoken English with deep knowledge of U.S. culture, slang, and social‑media behavior.
• Self‑starter who can create strategy, generate ideas, and execute without extensive supervision.
• Strong analytical mindset; comfortable testing, iterating, and scaling winning tactics.
• High ownership mentality and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, founder‑led environment.
