TikTok Shop Growth Strategist – Social Commerce

About the role

The TikTok Shop Growth Strategist (Social Commerce Strategist) drives revenue and optimizes affiliate and social commerce initiatives for our clients. Working with data‑driven and AI‑enhanced processes, you will manage partnerships across TikTok, Meta and Amazon Affiliate to align with brand objectives and maximize profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Manage affiliate and social‑ambassador partnerships on TikTok, Meta and Amazon Affiliate platforms.
• Oversee affiliate production, outreach, and performance tracking.
• Optimize social shop experiences and refine commission structures based on gross merchandise value (GMV) and engagement metrics.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients, acting as the primary liaison.
• Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging social commerce strategies.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
• Experience managing affiliate or social commerce programs.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to client stakeholders.
