TikTok Creator Community Manager

About the role

GrowMojo is looking for a TikTok Creator Community Manager to lead and grow a network of influencers and creators participating in the TikTok Shop Affiliate program. The role reports to the Head of Operations and is fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture communities of TikTok affiliates for client brands.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key influencers and creators.
• Define and track KPIs, goals, and objectives for the community.
• Organize client meetings to align influencer activities with business needs.
• Lead Zoom calls and conference meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Guide clients on using the TikTok Shop Seller Center to list and promote products.
• Provide feedback to the performance‑marketing team to improve TikTok Shop services.

Required profile

• Experience managing Discord communities of influencers or creators.
• Background working in a marketing or advertising agency with U.S. clients.
• Comfort presenting marketing solutions to community members.
• Proven ability to handle issues that arise during campaigns.
• Experience with U.S. companies or clients is mandatory.
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop is a plus.

Required skills

• Discord platform knowledge.
• Strong spreadsheet (Excel) skills.
