Technology Product Owner Manager – E&C

About the role

Join PwC's Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires as a Technology Product Owner Manager within the Enterprise & Compliance practice. You will lead the strategic direction of technology initiatives that support risk and compliance services, working closely with cross‑functional teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the roadmap for technology solutions that meet compliance and business objectives.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative tools and platforms.
• Oversee compliance program development, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
• Manage policy and procedure updates to ensure alignment with corporate ethics and standards.
• Conduct training sessions and compliance reviews to raise awareness across teams.
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation for technology projects.
• Coach and mentor junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product ownership and technology project leadership.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and regulatory environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, mentor staff, and drive performance.
