About the role

We are seeking a Technology Lead – HR IT to join our international team and drive technology initiatives that support HR systems and processes. The role can be filled at various seniority levels, offering the chance to shape HR technology strategy.

Key responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of HR technology solutions.
Manage integrations between HR platforms and other enterprise systems.
Oversee data flows, APIs, and ensure data quality across HR applications.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technology projects with business needs.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

Minimum tertiary education.
At least 3 years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, or HR IT.
Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1).
Proven experience leading technology projects and working with cross‑functional teams.

SAP SuccessFactors
Oracle HCM
UKG (or similar HR platforms)
Strong knowledge of HR systems, integrations, APIs, and data management.
