Technical Support Engineer – AI, RPA, JavaScript/TypeScript

About the role

ElectroNeek is seeking a Technical Support Engineer who will blend product support with hands‑on software development. You will work closely with customers to troubleshoot issues, while also writing code to fix bugs and add new features, all within an AI‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle L1/L2 customer tickets via email and Zoom, diagnose installation, permission, performance, and logging issues.
• Escalate complex problems to Product/R&D and document clear public responses and workarounds.
• Own L3 defect resolution: reproduce bugs, root‑cause them in the codebase, and ship permanent fixes.
• Contribute to feature development, code reviews, and technical documentation alongside the engineering team.
• Identify recurring support patterns and propose automation or product improvements.

Required profile

• 2+ years of support or customer‑facing experience.
• 2‑3 years of commercial software development using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong debugging skills: reading logs, stack traces, and diagnosing environment issues.
• Proficiency in English at C1‑C2 level, both written and spoken.
