Technical Specialist – Canada Client (Olivos/Barracas)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Technical Specialist to support its Canada client operations from our Buenos Aires office. You will work within the Internal Firm Services team, helping clients navigate complex regulatory environments while delivering M365‑based solutions that improve risk management and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies that manage and mitigate enterprise risks for the Canada client.
• Design, configure and maintain Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams and Copilot solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Provide Tier 3 support, incident management and technical troubleshooting across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, handling legal and financial aspects where required.
• Automate processes using low‑code/no‑code tools and contribute to AI‑driven initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in M365‑based technical roles.
• Strong ability to work in ambiguous situations, ask insightful questions and drive solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English; advanced French is a plus.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
