Technical SEO Manager

About the role

As a Technical SEO Manager at Brainlabs you will deliver best‑in‑class SEO work for multiple client accounts, shaping strategy and ensuring measurable impact on organic performance. You will collaborate with analysts and other specialists to optimise technical recommendations and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Act as lead for 2‑3 client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and delivering work directly while leveraging team expertise.
• Set client strategy and roadmaps, prioritising high‑value tasks based on organic search opportunities and business goals.
• Manage the work planned for clients, delegating to analysts while remaining accountable for deadlines and final deliverables.
• Develop specialist knowledge and become a go‑to resource for the team on technical SEO topics.
• Run successful client calls and meetings, communicating insights and recommendations clearly.
• Contribute to the business pipeline through blogging, speaking, sales support, cross‑sell or upsell activities.

Required profile

• Strong technical SEO knowledge with the ability to make prioritised recommendations without needing to code.
• Experience using SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Deep Crawl, SEM Rush and Google Analytics.
• Deep understanding of how search works, including keyword targeting and factors beyond search volume.
• Comfort working with data, especially in Excel and Google Sheets, and presenting data-driven insights effectively.
