Technical Recruiter

About the role

Halo is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and professional positions across LATAM. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to build strong talent pipelines and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for software engineering, QA, cloud, data, DevOps, product and related roles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent across LATAM.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines, proactively engaging passive candidates.
• Leverage recruiting data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact through offer.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in technical domains.
• Proven track record sourcing passive candidates and managing multiple searches in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills.
• Experience hiring across LATAM and supporting distributed or global teams.
• Advanced English communication skills.
