About the role

Virtual Emily Staffing is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support a fast‑growing operation. You will work closely with leadership and hiring teams to attract top technical talent, streamline recruitment workflows, and help shape a high‑performing workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop proactive sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage technical candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and AI‑powered tools.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Support recruiting analytics, reporting, and vendor coordination as needed.
• Maintain accurate candidate and hiring data in ATS platforms.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high‑growth environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical skill sets.
• Self‑motivated, resourceful, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
