Technical Recruiter – Hybrid (Buenos Aires)

About the role

Silver.dev is looking for a results‑driven Technical Recruiter to join its Buenos Aires team. You will own end‑to‑end talent acquisition for high‑growth tech clients, working closely with founders and senior staff to source, assess and place candidates in senior‑level roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and place candidates for positions with annual salaries between $80K and $200K.
• Coordinate interview schedules, evaluate candidate and client status, and maintain detailed interaction records.
• Own a portfolio of client companies, manage routine account operations and drive metrics of success.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and tools across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in startups or fast‑growth environments.
• Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
• Proven ability to source and place candidates in the $80K–$200K salary range.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with recruiter‑tech tools.
