Technical Project Manager – FinTech Delivery Lead

About the role

We are looking for a highly technical and execution‑driven Technical Project Manager to lead complex FinTech software initiatives. The ideal candidate has progressed from software development to technical leadership and can bridge engineering, product, compliance and executive teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of payment systems, banking integrations, APIs, microservices and compliance workflows.
• Own sprint execution, delivery timelines, release readiness, dependency management and escalation handling.
• Drive Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives and daily stand‑ups.
• Partner with developers and technical leads on architecture, solution design and implementation planning.
• Monitor sprint boards and ticket progress daily, identify blockers and ensure timely resolution.
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and delivery plans.

Required profile

• Strong background in software engineering with experience as a Technical Lead, Engineering Manager or Solutions Architect.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Operations, Compliance and Executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands‑on experience in Agile execution and delivery orchestration within a fast‑paced FinTech environment.
