Technical Project Engineer (Cloud Services)

About the role

Interlaced is seeking a Technical Project Engineer to lead the technical execution of new client onboardings, offboardings, and side‑kick projects. You will work directly with clients across diverse industries, ensuring smooth transitions and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy core services such as Basekit, Acronis, Blackpoint, and Ironscales for new partnerships, handling user enrollment, DNS/DKIM/SPF configuration, routing rules, and alerting setup.
• Obtain access to client systems, coordinate tool removal with outgoing IT teams, and manage platform migrations (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
• Maintain accurate documentation in ConnectWise and ITGlue, updating contacts, tags, and the full IT stack.
• Monitor fleet health and support technical decommissioning during client offboarding.
• Hand off completed technical work to Client Success and Service Managers.

• Ability to simplify complex technical solutions for end users.

Required skills

• Experience with common business technologies and diverse technical environments.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure components.
• Hands‑on experience with DNS, DKIM, SPF, routing, and alerting configurations.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise, ITGlue, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace.
• Practical use of Basekit, Acronis, Blackpoint, and Ironscales.
