Technical & Product Training Specialist

About the role

The Technical & Product Training Specialist designs, delivers, and continuously improves technical enablement programs for Teradata employees, partners, and customers. You will ensure effective adoption of the Autonomous Knowledge Platform and related cloud technologies through high‑quality, instructor‑led training.

Key responsibilities

• Enable internal staff, partners, and customers on core Teradata technologies.
• Conduct virtual and live instructor‑led courses and workshops with hands‑on labs in cloud environments.
• Support Teradata Cloud SaaS on AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, using cloud‑native services and migration tools.
• Develop, maintain, and update technical training content aligned with product releases.
• Collaborate with environment teams to optimize training environments.
• Work with AI‑enabled tools to enhance training effectiveness.

Required profile

• Technical bachelor’s degree.
• Solid experience delivering technical training to technical audiences.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major database and a cloud platform.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Familiarity with machine‑learning concepts, analytics using Python, AI, and prompt techniques.
• Strong collaboration, time‑management, communication, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including possible international trips.
