Technical Lead – GPU Infrastructure (Remote)

About the role

Tether Operations Limited is looking for a Technical Lead to drive its GPU infrastructure strategy worldwide. This fully remote position supports Tether’s suite of digital‑finance products, including stablecoin services, sustainable energy solutions, AI‑focused data platforms, and digital education initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for the design, deployment, and scaling of GPU resources that power Tether’s AI and data services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across finance, power, data, and education divisions to ensure GPU infrastructure meets performance and security requirements.
• Define best practices, standards, and roadmaps for GPU‑based workloads in a globally distributed environment.
• Mentor engineering teams and oversee implementation of GPU solutions in cloud and on‑premise settings.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading GPU‑focused engineering projects.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and high‑performance computing.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, worldwide team.
