Technical Agile Coach

About the role

Lead the adoption and evolution of Agile ways of working and modern software delivery practices. Partner with teams, leaders, and stakeholders to improve delivery performance, organizational effectiveness, business outcomes, and customer value through coaching, facilitation, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, workshops, retrospectives, and leadership forums while building Agile capabilities across teams and stakeholders.
• Coach teams and leaders on Agile principles, SDLC practices, modern delivery methodologies, and servant leadership to improve flow, predictability, and accountability.
• Establish continuous improvement practices, identify bottlenecks and risks using delivery metrics, and drive governance and cross‑functional collaboration enhancements.
• Support definition and measurement of business and customer outcomes, align delivery activities with OKRs and value streams, and track performance through dashboards.
• Design and enhance Agile and delivery performance dashboards in Power BI, analyze flow metrics, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery, coaching, transformation, or organizational change.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and experience working with cross‑functional product and engineering teams.
• Financial Services industry experience (banking, insurance, investments, or similar).
• Proven track record of coaching leaders, managers, and teams and driving Agile transformations at scale.
• Hands‑on experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Azure DevOps Analytics, and Jira reporting.
