Technical Account Manager LATAM

About the role

Veryfi is looking for a Technical Account Manager to own a portfolio of LATAM clients. You will act as the primary technical liaison, guiding customers through API integration, ensuring successful adoption of our AI‑driven document processing platform, and driving expansion opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their automation needs and ensuring successful implementation of Veryfi’s data extraction solutions.
• Guide customers through API integration, providing code samples, documentation, and best practices.
• Conduct regular check‑ins to address technical challenges, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for expanded usage.
• Collaborate with Engineering to troubleshoot issues, prioritize bug fixes, and communicate resolution timelines.
• Gather client feedback and relay product requirements to the Product team.
• Develop deep expertise in document processing workflows and Veryfi’s AI/ML capabilities to advise clients on optimization.
• Monitor API usage patterns to spot performance issues or improvement opportunities.
• Educate clients on new releases, services, and features as the industry expert.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in Technical Account Management or Solutions Engineering in a similar industry.
• Strong technical background with the ability to explain complex concepts.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with excellent customer‑service orientation.
