Tech-forward Recruiter for High-Volume Hiring

About the role

AvantStay is seeking a high‑capacity, tech‑forward Recruiter to join its People & Talent team. You will own full‑cycle recruiting for a diverse set of roles across corporate functions and field operations, both in the U.S. and internationally, leveraging AI and modern tooling to work smarter.

Key responsibilities

• Manage up to 40 concurrent requisitions spanning tech, finance, marketing, G&A, property operations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build interview scorecards, and drive hiring decisions.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, talent communities, and AI‑powered sourcing tools.
• Utilize AI assistants for sourcing, outreach personalization, screening, scheduling, and ATS intelligence to accelerate the hiring funnel.
• Deliver a best‑in‑class candidate experience that reflects AvantStay’s hospitality‑first brand.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and report on pipeline health, funnel metrics, and time‑to‑fill.
• Navigate recruiting across multiple time zones, geographies, and role types.
• Continuously improve playbooks, templates, and workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a company with both corporate and distributed operations.
• Hospitality industry experience (hotels, vacation rentals, restaurants, travel, or similar) is required.
• Proven ability to handle a high requisition load, preferably 30+ open reqs simultaneously.
• Strong enthusiasm for AI‑powered recruiting tools and a track record of using them.
