Talent Discovery Recruiter – Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Talent Discovery Recruiter (TDR) is a key member of EY Global Delivery Services' Talent Attraction & Acquisition team. You will source high‑quality candidates for contractor, full‑time, and early‑career positions, ensuring a steady pipeline that meets strict service level agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage job boards, social media, and AI‑driven tools to identify and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Review internal referrals, forward suitable profiles to Talent Attraction leads, and manage the re‑hire eligibility process.
• Maintain and update external job postings, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Provide market intelligence on talent trends, competitor activity, and industry standards.
• Deliver sourced candidate profiles within 24‑48 hours SLA to the TA team.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and manage dispositioning.
• Collaborate with senior recruiters to build robust pipelines and improve recruitment analytics.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or a related talent‑sourcing role.
• Strong understanding of IT and technology‑related positions.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proactive networking skills and effective use of social media for candidate outreach.
• Creative mindset for improving client engagement and recruitment processes.
• Highly self‑motivated with the ability to work independently.
