Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote – Argentina)

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will keep Power Digital’s fast‑paced recruitment engine running smoothly. You will manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely, thoughtful communication with every candidate across the U.S. and LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Support high‑volume hiring by sourcing, posting jobs, tracking profiles and coordinating interviews in Greenhouse.
• Schedule and reschedule multi‑round interviews with hiring managers, department leaders and executives.
• Maintain a 24‑hour turnaround for interview scheduling and candidate follow‑ups.
• Guide candidates through the hiring pipeline with speed and accuracy.
• Co‑lead bi‑weekly People Planning meetings to align hiring priorities.
• Manage employee referral process and provide ad‑hoc reporting to TA, HR and leadership.
• Champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and support the Talent Acquisition internship program.
• Leverage AI technologies and Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to optimise recruitment processes.
