Talent Acquisition Specialist – Buenos Aires

About the role

Innovid is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Buenos Aires team. You will own the full recruiting cycle, ensuring high‑quality hires that align with business needs, culture, and our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end hiring processes, from kickoff to offer extension, for a variety of technology roles.
• Develop ad‑hoc sourcing solutions to meet hiring goals across multiple positions.
• Deliver a world‑class candidate experience with transparent, engaging communication at every touchpoint.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, provide progress updates, and align hiring with business objectives.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure hiring aligns with team requirements.
• Participate in projects related to AI, employer branding, DEI, metrics, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records in the ATS and report on talent metrics.
• Leverage modern talent technologies, AI sourcing tools, and automation to streamline workflows.

Required profile

• 4+ years of full‑cycle tech recruiting experience in fast‑paced international tech companies.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English for daily collaboration with global stakeholders.
• Strong ownership, agility, and ability to thrive in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
• Experience representing the company to candidates and internal partners.
