Talent Acquisition Manager – Remote (Buenos Aires)

About the role

Somnio Software is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead its IT recruiting strategy. Working remotely from Buenos Aires, you will act as the bridge between internal teams, clients, and top technology professionals, shaping how we attract and hire the best talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to capture detailed technical and cultural requirements for each role.
• Evaluate, interview, and shortlist candidates based on assessments and interview performance.
• Present selected profiles to hiring managers and align expectations across stakeholders.
• Design, execute, and continuously improve sourcing strategies, with a strong focus on LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent platforms.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the recruiting team to ensure high quality and speed throughout the hiring process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, shortlist quality, and client satisfaction, proposing data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruiting.
• 3+ years of experience managing recruiting teams.
• Proven ability to work in fast‑changing, dynamic environments.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Strong multitasking skills with a focus on candidate experience and quality.
