Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager with solid IT recruiting experience to lead our talent attraction strategy. You will act as the key link between internal teams, clients, and top industry professionals, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent for our projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to gather detailed technical and cultural requirements.
• Evaluate, shortlist, and present candidates based on test results and interviews.
• Align selected profiles with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Define, execute, and continuously improve sourcing strategies, focusing on LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Lead and develop the recruiting team, maintaining quality and speed throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruitment metrics (time to hire, shortlist quality, client satisfaction) and propose enhancements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruiting.
• 3+ years of experience leading recruiting teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while ensuring candidate experience.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Comfortable working in fast‑changing, dynamic environments.
