Supply Chain & Operations Manager – Remote (Europe)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for our fast‑growing e‑commerce business across Europe. The role is fully remote and will support our expansion by coordinating forecasting, purchasing, production, logistics and fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full supply‑chain lifecycle from demand forecasting and purchasing to delivery and fulfillment.
• Build and continuously improve inventory planning and demand‑forecasting processes.
• Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, freight providers and 3PL partners.
• Coordinate production schedules, shipping timelines and inventory movements.
• Support operational planning for European expansion, including cross‑border logistics and regional needs.
• Monitor purchasing, inventory performance and cash‑flow metrics.
• Design scalable SOPs, reporting systems and operational dashboards.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across the business.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations within a DTC or e‑commerce brand.
• Proven track record with inventory forecasting, purchasing and supplier management.
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers and international logistics, especially in Europe.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment.
