Supply Chain Manager – Strategy & Execution

About the role

EY Parthenon’s Supply Chain practice is seeking a senior manager to lead complex, high‑profile transactions and supply‑chain transformations for global clients. You will partner with CEOs, boards, private‑equity firms and governments to design and execute innovative supply‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end transaction lifecycles (pre‑sign diligence, sign‑to‑close planning, post‑close execution) for M&A integrations and divestitures.
• Collaborate with leading supply‑chain organizations to solve complex operational challenges.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve performance and resilience across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery and return functions.
• Contribute to practice development initiatives and foster a strong, collaborative team culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Analytics or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of management‑consulting experience (or graduate degree with ~3 years experience).
• Proven expertise in direct‑materials sourcing, inventory planning or logistics optimization.
• Strong analytical ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent business acumen and relationship‑building skills.
